Managing free serial protocol in Movicon SCADA

I have to build a free serial protocol using VBA inside Movicon Scada. Does anyone have experience using MsComm or MovComm components with a simple basic script VBA using the standard Movicon Scada/HMI?

geekthoughts

there are tons examples how to use it : just drop an email to their support. I knew people has developed their own protocol since Basic scripts support multithread.
