Marine qualified PCs

For a potential shipboard automation project, there is a requirement for "marine qualified" PCs for the HMI.
This project is for a European shipbuilder.
Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced manufacturer of "marine qualified" PCs? I am familiar with Azonix and Xycom (which are WAY over-priced - $10,000 to $15,000).

We plan to marine test our Industrial PC (PIP) off which are already several in use on sea without the certificate.
You may look at the our home page (www.mpl.ch) how our Industrial PC Conzept looks like and if it basically would meet your needs.
