This is necessary to calibrate the SRV LVDTs--not for the GCV LVDTs. The SRV is primarily a pressure control loop with LVDT feedback for stability; for calibration it must be changed to a position control loop, and then when calibration is finished it must be changed back to a pressure control loop with position feedback.

The Control Specification, System Adjustments, document, Sect. 05.01.nn, should describe the required Berg jumper positions for the SRV LVDT calibration.

It should also be possible to look at the SRV HSAA depiction in the Mark IV Speedtronic elementary to see how the Berg jumpers can be moved to "disable" the P2 pressure control and make the regulator a position control loop like the GCV. The GAIN berg jumper <b>should NOT</b> be moved for calibrating the SRV LVDTs; only the jumpers that "disable" the P2 pressure part of the regulator to make the regulator a position control loop.

Again, it's only necessary to move the Berg jumpers of the SRV regulator on the HSAA cards of <R>, <S>, and <T> to calibrate the SRV LVDTs; it's not necessary to move any Berg jumpers to calibrate the GCV LVDTs.
