Referring to GE document titled "Mark V Controls Diagnostic Alarm" - there's one alarm named "LCC PROCESSOR IDLE TIME IS LOW" (Processor = QD/CD, Drop Number = 320)
The description given is "The reserve idle time in the 196 processor on the LCC board is low and may be either sufficient or insufficient to do all necessary voting and communication tasks."
Any idea at what % of idle time this alarm will be get activated?
