Hi:
I am planning to generate a running number id on a semiconductor copper leadframe. The running number can be a alphanumeric character or a barcode. At this moment, I am planning to use laser to mark a barcode on the copper leadframe, and thereafter have a barcode reader to scan the barcode. Does anyone has any experience on marking a semiconductor copper leadframe? If so,
what kind of mark do you make and what scanner/reader do you use?
