Can anybody send me MB+ RS485 pinout configuration on Quantum CPU11302?

And can I use RS232/RS485 converter to connect my PC to the PLC?

No, Modbus Plus is a proprietary protocol.

However you can talk to the Quantum PLC directly through it's RS232 Modbus port.

Modbus Plus, although a "RS485" like interface should not be regarded as such. You cannot simply use a RS232/485 convertor on Modbus Plus networks.

You can connect Modbus Plus from a PLC to a PC (or host) using one of the compatible Modbus Plus network modules for your PC.

From experience... when possible, use the PLC vendor supplied network components for Industrial Networks. That way compatibility is assured. Cable substitutions especially look attractive but often end up costing more to fix than ever was saved.
