Recently, we had faced the following error in a few logic charts in our YOKOGAWA DCS when we carried out on line loading. The error is "300LC075 Normal from one shot error" Note that 300LC075 is the logic chart tag no. All the logic charts related to that specific control drawing gave the above error where in 300LC075 was replaced with the particular logic chart number. Can anyone help me understand the meaning of this error? Can anyone also suggest a method to over come this error?

 

It seems to be some issue with the logic created with your Logic Chart function block. How about back tracking to the logic before this error message occurs.

 

There are many logics in this control drawing which gave this message.

 

Just go to refer to the block LC64 '300LC075'. There you may be some DI/DO which is configured in LC64 block which may be reffered in some seq table as one Shot.

This is like Recovered from one-shot block starting error by sequence connection of control station function block
