Can anyone suggest the feasible way to measure humidity and temperature at high temperatures (say 800deg C)? Most of the sensors and loggers available in market works up to 80deg C or120 deg C.

Where can i find such instrument????

It isn't really humidity above 100C. It's percent water vapor. You might try searching for that.

This kind of measurement is used in drying chambers to optimize energy consumption.
They use zirconia probes (the same used in BMS systems), which actually measure %O2.
“Standard atmosphere” values of O2 indicate low moisture content. Low values of O2 indicate high percentage of vapours.

Contact Yokogawa or Pleva.

We have an instrument that we check our drying hoods with that is rated to 650 deg C and can be retrofitted for higher temperatures.

it is by MAC Instruments
there are various models based on the % moisture by volume that you want to measure.

We have the MAC125-60
