measurements in Siemens SICAM AK1703

hello

anyone knows how to enable the cyclic transmission of measured values in SIEMENS SICAM AK1703 RTU using IEC 60870-5-104 protocol?
CP 2017 is used with SM_2554_ET02 ethernet module.

the documentations describes the possibility of adding this function in SM_25xx_ETA series of modules.

any comment is highly appreciated.
