Measuring density of granola bars

I was wondering what sensors if any can measure density of a known volume of granola bars moving at a rate of 17 ft/min

If you know the volume then a weigh feeder will give you the flow rate from which you could calculate the density.
A checkweigher or a weigh belt would meet your needs. You have the volume. The density value is a product of the volume and the weight.
