Measuring N2 and CO2 in Fuel Gas

I recollect using a fuel cell to measure % O2 in a Helium Oxygen mix for diving. Can anyone tell me who manufactures these fuel cells and does anyone know if there are fuel cells to measure % N2 and CO2 in a hydrocarbon fuel gas at atmospheric pressure. Also, does anyone know of any other (cost effective) method to measure this (not a chromat, too expensive). Thanks
