Medium voltage cable connection from distribution transformer to the building distribution panel.

Transformer: 1000 KVA
Building Load: 282 KVA
Distance from
transformer to panel: 35 m
Type of cable: XLPE Copper 4 core type

Requirement of my need are:
Size of the cable and the required cable size calculation formulae as per the details given above.
