Merge Binary ComProfibus 5.1 to Tisoft 6.3

I am still fail to merge binary profibus dp configuration with Tisoft 6.3. I have export *.2bf binary file from ComProfibus 5.1. can anyone help me? thanks.

I have done this many times with TISOFT V6.2 and had few if any problems. If you would like to send me your files, I will be glad to try and help. If you want to send the TISOFT V6.3 files (just zipup the entire folder) I will test it with that version, otherwise I will use V6.2 and you can see if it will open in V6.3.
