V
Hello everyone,
I am a final yr engineering student and currently working on this project ('Micro-controller(8051) based speed control of a dc motor)
V r using the PWM technique to obtain variable dc voltage. My major concern is the IGBT (IRG4BC30U) that v r using. V r making use of a single 600V,12 A IGBT.
Can anybody pls suggest the type of buck converter to be used-the rating of the inductor and freewheeling diode that could be required? Will a single IGBT be sufficient? .v r varying speed in only one direction
