Microcontroller-based water level and temperature control

Please, I have a graduation project in Microcontroller-based water level and temperature control. The idea is that I have a small tank and I have 2 inputs. I should enter level and temperature. the outputs will be the heating and the pump and of course with sensor feedback. Can anyone help please?
