I am using two MicroMotion (MM) Coriolis with 1700 transmitters series to metering flowrate at production area. One of MM have a problem about reading of Flowrate value that showing negative value like -199.00. The flow direction has been configured into "Forward" and vol flow cutoff at 26.6285 using Prolink II rev 4.2x software. This showing occurs when flow line is blocked so nothing liquid through MM but keep liquid in line.When i disconnect wire from transmitter to sensor a display shows "zero". Does any give me solving for this problem?or suspected a MM sensor is damage?

I am sure the line opened, we have MM at gathering station from this well.
