I don't think "Microsoft Skates" is a fair assessment of the situation. The administration is merely easing up (not reversing) the mostly unjustified persecution of Microsoft initiated by Bill Clinton, who was more intent on how things polled than on fairness, justice and opportunity. So, one might justifiably say that Bush is "less socialist, autocratic, self-absorbed, and cynical than Clinton". Sounds like someone receiveing the Taller Than Mickey Rooney award. Hardly newsworthy..
