migrating the CVS

Hello,

we will be migrating the CVS archive over to SourceForge, but it will take a few of days before the technical side is sorted out.

In the meantime, please keep using the old CVS. We'll send another e-mail when it is closing.

Just in case, it might be an idea to keep either:
- the output of "cvs diff -u", or
- a copy of the modified files plus the corresponding CVS/Entries

That'll let us recover changes in case of some unforeseen problem.

If you still have changes when we close the old archive, checkin can be done fairly easily even after we move over, directly into the new archive.
That will require a copy of the modified files and the corresponding
CVS/Entries file(s).
