Missing data in RSView alarm log

For RSView, I have experienced that when I triggered some alarms, they were shown in the Alarm Summary. After that, I found some alarms
cannot be shown in Alarm Log. Anyone can help?

One thing to check would be to see if you are deleting the log viewer files too quickly. This is in the alarm setup folder in RSView. You
might also check to see if you have any of these alarms in the supressed list, although it sounds like you are getting the alarms in the
summary and not the log viewer.
