I have a problem connection IG-NT and TSX ETG3000 with Modbus RS485. I find in different time make this but I don't make this.

I connect the device Comap with the port RS485 at my Gateway master, this connection is in serial mode. I setting the speed 9600, none,8, 1 but don't work.

I had a similar problem, I found out that while the ComAp IG-NT controller has an RS485 port, it will not communicate using Modbus, you will need the I-LB+ module which will connect to the CANbus port instead. The RS485 port is used if you have an intellivison colour display.

If you have the IG-NTC module, Modbus will only work on RS485 port 2. It is strange as the settings seem to allow you to activate Modbus on port 1, but it doesn't work for some reason.
