I am sure your aware that you need a IM153 module for ET200M - which is profibus. Siemens does not manufacture a modbus interface for ET200M. If your trying to go modbus to profibus- check out this link.

Are you looking for a Modbus adapter in the ET200M?. Then you can try CP341 with Modbus software.
