Modbus Master program for s7-22X PLC

For Siemens S7-224 or s7-226 PLC, can we write a program to make its communication port to work as a Modbus master? I have read about the tip n0.41 from supplied free by Siemens that makes the port a Modbus RTU slave.I am interested in making it a Modbus master. Can somebody help, please?
