I was trying to upload a Concept software program into a Quantum PLC with a Modbus+ configuration, i was using a RS232 serial cable(i hear that both RS232 and RS 485 will work). It was a direct connection between my laptop and the processor.
but just when i selected the port no. the communication failed (b4 even establishing
)
Where did I go wrong? any suggestions?
