Modbus problem with honeywell TPS

Hi guys,

Currently I have modbus routing from Switch gear to the HPM and the HPM communicated the Control room by Serial Interface iops through fiber cable. communication status is OK but the problem is i received the information through numeric Array point TPS. one word holds three bits: bit 0 for feedback, start bit 3 for feed back, fault bit 7 for feedback local/remote.

how i can decompress this word to made indication for this three feedback?
