Does GeFanuc 90-30 series CPU374 support Modbus TCP protocol on its ethernet port?

 

To my knowledge CPU374 has no integrated support for Modbus/TCP. We have on occasion used a MOXA converter (Modbus/TCP to Modbus/RTU) to connect a Modbus/TCP network to a modbus/RTU master on GE 90-30; this has been an inexpensive and functional solution.

AFAIK, it doesn't. The native protocol is called SRTP. You can find an open source implementation at: http://libopensrtp.sf.net

May be I missed to say it clearly that CPU 374 does not support Modbus/TCP on its Ethernet. You need to install the module (IC693CMM321) it is an Ethernet Interface module supports Modbus TCP/IP. The same link I sent to you on my first reply will work for this.
