I need a Modbus/TCP driver for Intellution's iFix that supports both:

1) DHCP addressing in the PC running iFix (not at the destination node).
2) Multiple Modbus slave addresses.

Suggestions welcome.

Assuming your iFix is running on NT, then it should support DHCP (ie: the NT, so iFix shouldn't care). In the Intellution "MBE" driver they have a field they call "Bridge Destination Index", which is the Modbus/TCP "Unit Id" field, which is used by a serial bridge for the Modbus/RTU slave address.

So what am I missing - you don't want to use iFix's MBE? I know an older version does NOT support the Unit Id field, but the newest one does.
