hi,
i want to communicate Modicon Quantum 424 with CS7 Siemen Scada system through Modbus Plus TCP/IP.What are the things i need . Can we use the same ModbusPlus port on CPU along with converter from Modbus to TCP/IP.
do i need any special software package along with modsoft to configure the Modbus Plus port on the CPU (CPU will be Slave).

May i ask You, for which company are You working for and for which project do You need this information?
Can You give me also more information about the network structure? Especially from the CS7 side.

its just like Siemens PCS7 and i have to initiate communcations on Scada side not directly through PLC............
