Modicon Quantum PLC as Master

I need to setup a Modicon Quantum 434 PLC as a Master. I wonder do I need any PLC code or any special configuration to do this. Can anyone help?

I suspect that you mean Modbus Master. Depending on the type of prog. software (Concept or Unity), take look on the functions xmit or xxmit. They are able to switch the port master, and then back to slave, which is the normal mode.
