Is it possible to write to an input in a Modicon Quantum 534? If so, how?

I want to do this for program simulation / testing. I've done this in SLCs and GE 90-30's, but can't figure it out for the Quantum.

 

Woodhead SST technology has an S908 simulation package called PICS that works quite well in allowing simulation for the Modicon PLCs.
