Modicon S911 Hot Standby - offline

I have two racks each with a 984 processor and S911 hot standby modules. I use ProWORX NxT to access the network.

The primary and standby processors are both running and seem to be healthy. When I power off & On the standby processor, it runs through it startup and appears to momentarily light its Standby Indicator Light which immediately goes out. Don't know why the unit has been knocked off of standby mode.

I am very new to working with Modicon networks and ProWORX. Thought you might have an easy answer to my problem.
