I am trying to find a way to create an ethernet gateway to a Modicon plc using Modicon's modbus to ethernet bridge and I havn't been able to
find out how you would specify the route from inside Concept, there are provisions for a Modbus Plus to ethernet bridge but not just modbus,
any help would be appreciated.

When you configure the bridge with a serial cable you can assign up to 8 entries into internal mapping table that is maintained in the bridge's memory.

each table entry maps a single modbus address to a range of IP addresses.

if you need help setting it up contact Modicon support or checkout modicon.com their is a manual online for the product.

In Concept, use the "Bridge MB+ Index" field to indicate what Modbus device you want to talk to off your MB/MBTCP Bridge. With the TCPIP Protocol
selected in Concept, the Concept program finds the IP Address of the Bridge on the Ethernet network, and the Index is handled by the bridge itself to route the message to the appropriate Modbus device.
