Module Status Alarm

In ANSALDO V94.2 (INFI90 harmony rack "PCU" control system) sometimes we have module status alarm during start up, unit running and shutdown and I dont know that this alarm is dangerous or not or we can do any thing about it or not. In addition one time we had this alarm for Network Processor Module and the redundant module didnt come in service immediately and this cause a trip in one unit. Tanks alot for your help.
