I want to know if normal transmitters like pressure transmitter/temperature transmitter produced by rosemount/honeywell or etc, their instrument component can comply to the specification MIL-V-173C?

I need to order some transmitters that shall comply with the specification MIL-V-173C, i do not know it is just a normal requirement or a special one, shall i order them particularly?
