I have a project to monitor the 96 variables of basic instrumentation from 2 devices of Deepsea DSE7310 auto-start controller for two generators. The system is monitored using Vijeo Citect.
Both controllers in a daisy-chained to the EGX100.
Testing communication via EGX Web servers always get "negative acknowledgment" feedback but the value of the variable can still be read through ModScan32, provided a multiple of 8 and a maximum reading of 88 registers.
Another problem is, although it can be read by ModScan32, but at Citect always IODevice offline.
Has anyone ever experienced a similar problem or is there any suggestion that I can do?
