We are badly looking for Moog valve which works with a drilling rig.

Under continuous shutdown situation, Moog delivery time is very high. If I can find a Moog valve repaired or new that's acceptable for us it will be a great help from your team.

Have you tried any of the Google search results for Moog? Sometimes, there are companies who do repair and refurbishment advertising on the right-side of the results window.

 

Sorry for the delay in answering your post. I don't log on to this forum very often.

The 662 series of Moog valves are used on many plastic moulding machines.

We offer a repair service for these valves.
By far the most common problem is the pilot stage of the valve blocking with dirt.

We are in the UK, but I don't know where you are.

Typically we charge 200 pounds to repair these valves and turn most repairs around within 24 hours.
You can send the pilot stage on its own as this is much smaller.
