I am in the rail industry, and in my part of the world, some of the remote control is done via Motorola Moscad units. These have proven to be very reliable during their 15 years of service, and is still going strong.
A couple of weeks ago, we had a moderate earthquake, and wouldn't you know it, the next day we had to "immediately and without delay" set up a disaster recovery center about 100 miles away from our current center. Unfortunately, I am short of Moscad gear to make this move safely. Therefor the desperately worded post. Specifically interested in Moscad CPU400 MCPM or slightly later.
