I am qiute new in control world. I wonder what a MPI network does and what the differences between PPI and MPI networks are.

MPI or Multi Point Interface is a interface which is work based on the RS485 protocol. It can be configure in the bus topology. but i think PPI is the Point to Point Interface and it can not be configure as network.
