Hello:
We have a lot of Allen Bradley equipment sending out traffic from multicast addresses. Theoretically, this traffic is supposed to make the network more efficient, if the network switches are configured to route it properly. How could this best be accomplished with Cisco switches?... I suppose every AB controller would be considered a source, but how are the multicast addresses given to the AB equipment?
Thanks
