I would suggest a bronkhorst mass flow transmitter.
I won't try to specify exactly for you but the web site is www.bronkhorst.com
I have used these on oxygen flow metering and control using an integrated control valve, and also h2s metering.
I am sure they will suffice for your application.
I found them extremely reliable and very accurate.
Hope this helps.

I used MicroMotion DH25 and DH38 meters to measure NG in a dispenser application, they meet the Div.I requirements are very accurate (we had our dispensers National Type approved with both micromotion and a sonic nozzle based meters).
And we used them up to flow rates of 1200 SCFM at 4000+ psi. We did have to put restrictor in the outlet tube of the meter to prevent over ranging with the NG application, but otherwise we were very pleased.

we are planning to use MicroMotion meters to measure NG on a supply line of natural gas to CNG compressor application. as known the compressor is on-off frequantly (every 5 to 7 minutes)+ pulses.

I require a very accurate meter to meet this application.

flow rates of this compressor is up to 1600 SCM/hr at 220+ bar.

your recommendation for ths application is appreciated.
