I am an in need of a fluid level sensor with the following characteristics.

1) Most impt -> low cost 15USD or less
2) Low power input (battery powered)
3) Mounted from the top of the oil tanks
4) Used in small oil tanks (50-100 gallons)
5) Analog voltage output
6) continous level reading if possible at low cost if not preset level

I don’t think it’s possible to get a continuous model at that price however (preset level) single point high or low level alarms can be purchased with OEM pricing in your range. Fitting size can be either ¼” or 1/8” NPT or just a tube end to keep the cost down.

Material can be brass with buna floats or all PP, PVDF or SS.
