Need a U.L. hmi good to 0 deg f ....

need a U.L. hmi good to 0 deg f.
it should be nema 4 rated for outdoors and good enough for the cold of winter up north.
it should probably be vacuum fluorescent display with 2 lines 20 characters each and inexpensive.
