My Flame Safeguard Programmer model R4341B from Honeywell is not operated well and should be changed soon. After I was advised to replace with new model EC7850 c/w subbase then I reconnected each terminal from old subbase to new subbase as instruction manual (conversion table R4341 to EC/RM7850) but the programmer could not operated properly. If anybody knows please kindly help me to solve this problem. I have informed the Honeywell representative but they were not helpful. Below is instruction manual from somebody but you can correct it.

What is required is the full model numbers of the 2 units to ensure that they are totally compatible. There are a number of differences in the 2 units and may need to clarify the situation. e.g. If the new unit has air flow proving then the air must drop to zero before the switch is made or it will result in non start. The new units having hi/lo fire require switches to indicate that the air motor went to high fire during purge and returned to lo before ignition will occur.

Please advise the models and if correct can advise if any wiring changes need to be made.
