Hi Frank, We use several Brainchild BTC9200 controllers in our plant. They have approx 10-15 selectable inputs, and you specify supply voltage and output/alarm configuration. They're a cheap alterative to other brands and have repair service available should they be immersed in water etc.
The T630 controller from Eurotherm will satisfy this requirement. It is a single or dual loop process controller with single shot autotune, a NEMA 4 faceplate and optional Modbus or Profibus DP communications. Please visit http://www.eurotherm.com/epa/T630.htm for more details
