Need Help with Bosch CC100-T Control

Need parameters for the Bosch CC 100-T.
Z-Axis moves only 2mm in + or - direction,
Then the control trips on Servo error 250
The machine reference is working ok.

The analogue signal coming to the servo drive is very noisy and drive doesn't stand completely still.
