Need manual for F2-20P Mitsubishi programmer

I need some programming information for a F2-20P programmer. This is a plug on programmer for the series F1/F2 F60/F40 Mitsubishi PLCs. The front legend is in Japanese, but luckily it is translated. I just don't know what buttons to push.
