I have a simatic mp370 touch panel with order no 6AV6 545-0DA10-0AX0. I use protool v6 sp1a.
I tried with rs232 cable and usb cable but i doesn't download to HMI. when I choose transfer mode on hmi and says:
"Could not establish connection. Please check your settings, interfaces, cables etc.!"
the HMI doesn't have cf card or pc card! is it necessary to have them? I can' find any manual in internet.
can anyone send me the manual?
