Impossible?

We have application and need to identify a very-low-flow switch to withstand up-to 6,500 psig operating pressure.

Operation range: 0 - 10 L/Hour (0 - 2.6417 Gal/Hr) @ 6,500 psig

Setpoint, adjustable or fixed, < 0.6 to 1.0 L/Hour (0.1585 to 0.2642 Gal/Hr)

Connections: 1/2" FNPT or Autocalve 9/16" F562C

Wetted Parts: Min. 316SS

Fluid: Amine in Hydrocarbon (similar to diesel).

Thanks...

Just happen to have checked on this same type of requirement and have only one suggestion.
Weber Flow Captor, ask for Larry Flanagan at 1-770-592-6630 in Georgia, USA.
This is a thermal dispersion type flow switch.
Flow velocity sensitivity is down to .02 feet per second on the models I purchased, I have verified this.

Good Luck.

Standard Plan

I have not heard of any units on the market for such service. However, we offer a Laminar Flow Meter that could be fitted with a DP switch (in
lieu of the standard transmitter) that could work in the application.

I think, may be Metal Tube Rotameter with Contacts do. But still I doubt with Pressure. Check OMEGA.com
