Hello everybody,

Need your advice. I'm planning to upgrade my air compressor. I have Duracraft air compressor for a while and motor is not working good anymore.

I want to get a motor with the following specs -
Enclosure: TEFC
Phase: 3
Hz: 60
Frame: 56C

Have looked at Baldors, and found one on here that is compatible https://www.mrosupply.com/product/699088-Baldor_Electric_Motors-Motors_AC_Motors_General_Purpose

What are you folks using and do you like what you have? what do you think of Baldors? what are the alternatives?

Baldor is fine. Marathon and Leeson are other cost effective alternatives. I haven't had any issues with induction motors in general. So I don't have anything to tell you to stay away from. GE and Reliance used to be more expensive, but reliance is now owned by Baldor... US motors is another alternative, but I would probably pick Baldor or Marathon, just because that's what I've used the most.
