Net Oil Computer - PLC comm

I'm handling well test application on which a PLC assembly 3 test plant data. Each Test Station have 3 NOC. My question: "Can a PLC communicate with 3 NOCs using Multidrop cable or daisy chain?"

I want to know if a PLC capable to update pre-configure sequence of well test automatically, when the new schedule is generated by PLC.
