"Usually, unless you are interviewing for a high-level position, or you are a real star, you don't get much chance to ask some of the really probing
questions that you really should ask, if you are going to act like an investor, rather than a job seeker. But if you worked for one of the
companies that has had a spectacular flop or two in the past year or so, wouldn't you have rather known more about how the company was being run? We all got fat and a little lazy during the Roaring ‘90s, and we should have been paying attention...."

"Acting Like an Investor: Be a Star!" the latest in my continuing series on jobseeking has been posted at "www.automationtechies.com/sitepages/art620.php":http://www.automationtechies.com/sitepages/art620.php

In addition, we've rearranged the Spitzer and Boyes website to give our friends and clients access to the ebooks and tutorials we've been posting for free download. You can find them at
"www.spitzerandboyes.com/Walts_writing/index.html":http://www.spitzerandboyes.com/Walts_writing/index.html .

As always, we post this information as a way of giving back to our customers, friends, clients and colleagues. Feedback is welcome, and
passalong reading is fine, too.

Best,
